Lori Fullington

Lori Fullington is the Financial Manager here at SERVPRO of University City. Bringing with her a vast amount of knowledge in the financial world, Lori filled a much-needed opening in our franchise. She does the job we all take for granted... collecting the bill. Lori has ran a very successful lighting business with her mother for the past 30 years.  Lori's favorite part about working for SERVPRO® is having the ability to help our customers when they're in a time of need.   

Tracy Convery

Tracy Convery is our Estimator. She has been employed with our SERVPRO franchise for over seven years. Her prior experience as the office manager has greatly helped in her transition into estimating. Tracy is known for putting systems in place to help make the department run efficiently and more smoothly.  

Tracy enjoys time with her husband and three children and taking family trips to their mountain cabin in the Poconos.

Scott F.

Scott is our operations manager and has been with the franchise for almost 10 years. He is the consummate professional and customer-service oriented. Scott is a problem solver, and he works hard every day, day in and day out. Scott enjoys relaxing in the mountains and enjoys the calmness of nature. We greatly appreciate all he does for our Team Fabiani franchise organization.

Tom Convery

Tom is a Crew Chief, and he has several years of experience in the restoration industry. Tom has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Tom works his jobs diligently and easily takes on the responsibility of assigning the right task to each technician he oversees on site.

Chris Sharkey

Chris is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. 

He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician 

In his free time, Chris likes to spend time with his family!

Kayleigh Fabian

Kayleigh is our Office Manager. She takes pride in providing good customer service to our clients and has great communications skills.

She has been with the franchise for several years and started out as an Administrative Assistant.

Kayleigh has a smile that lights up the room. We're very happy to have her with us!

Mike Williams

Mike is our Large Loss Operation Manger.

Mike has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Trauma & Crime Scene, and Osha Training Instructor 

Joe Carminati

Joe Carminati is Vice President of Commercial and National accounts. Joe is a former police detective and has almost 30 years of experience in the restoration industry. 

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. When it comes to work , Joe is ready anytime there is an emergency!  

Marshall Mulloy

Marshall is in Commercial Sales and Development. He is very knowledgeable and has over 30 years of experience in the restoration industry, including owning his own restoration company.    

Marshall enjoys time with his wife, two sons and daughter.
